The West Ohio Conference and Board of Pensions and Health has recently expanded the Baby Stipend to the Pregnancy, Birth, and Loss Stipend Policy. This $2500.00 benefit is now available to eligible clergy and conference and district staff employees, regardless of their participation in the active healthcare plan. More importantly, the benefit now extends to newborns, adoptions up to age 2, and other stages of loss.

These changes reflect our deep commitment to supporting families through both joyful and challenging times, aiming to provide meaningful support to families in need.
