PLEASE NOTE: NEW BOM REQUIREMENT AS OF SPRING 2022- The change in our requirements that will affect some is that all Psychological Assessments must be less than five years old, with a Psych Assessment Report dated after between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2024. If your Report is dated prior to January 1, 2020, please plan to take the Psych Assessment. The cost is $75.00 for the Assessment and $360.00 for the Interview with the Psychologist. If you need financial assistance, please reach out to your District Superintendent to make your request. Please contact the Office of Ministry to schedule your Psych Assessment.
