Fear+Less Congregations Initiative (FCI) is a life-changing experience. Learning through an experiential process how our fears impact every conversation, changes how we see and hear other people.

The mission of the Initiative is to move congregations to see the people in the communities they serve, remove barriers of fear to learn from each other and create enriched relationships.

Your congregation is invited to bring a team of clergy and laity to participate in Fear+Less Initiative and to commit to the process to learn new ways of engaging your community.

The 2023 fall schedule is as follows:

September 16            9:00 am - 2:30 pm (In-Person)

October 6                   6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Virtual)

October 7                  10:00 am - 12:00 pm (Virtual)

November 3               6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Virtual)

November 4               10:00 am - 12:00 pm (Virtual)

November 17             6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Virtual)
