In recent years, there has been an increasing number of severe weather events worldwide. And in harsh climates like the Arizona desert, extreme heat has become the deadliest of them all. On Wednesday, April 9, at 6:00pm, join the Urban Farm Church for a screening of the new film, Rivers of Life: Disaster Response in the Desert Southwest. Filmed, directed, and produced by Rev. Ryan and Mariellyn Grace, this 30-minute documentary looks at the climate crisis in the southwest desert and how people are responding to build local resilience to the global crisis of climate change.
