Description: The Transformative Discipleship Team works directly with the director of Connectional Ministries to ensure alignment of resources and ministries with the strategic vision and priorities of the conference and creates opportunities for meaningful partnership between local congregations, the conference and the larger United Methodist connection. 

Desired experiences/gifts: Knowledge and understanding of the various conference ministries along with a desire to break down silos.
