Engage Returning Citizens During National Second Chance Month

April is National Second Chance Month, a time to focus on returning citizens in our communities. The Ministry of All In Community and its partners aim to support returning neighbors and their families during their transition to life after incarceration.

All In Community walks alongside these neighbors to assist them in finding housing, accessing physical and mental health care, and reconnecting with their home communities. Additionally, support is provided in obtaining documents such as social security cards and driver’s licenses.

This month, All In Community offers opportunities to learn from, serve, and engage with these neighbors.
