The Blueprint for Wellness Health Screening event is coming to the West Ohio Conference Center in Worthington, Ohio, on Monday, May 7, 2025. Screenings will be offered between 7:30 am – 11:30 am.

The BFW health screenings, which include blood drawing and measurements such as waist circumference, are an opportunity for Healthflex participants to earn $100.
