Christ Church is looking for a part-time Worship Assistant for their Kettering location. The person in this position is responsible for aiding the Worship Director in musical rehearsals and worship organization and for accompanying Chancel Choir rehearsals and the choir during Sunday morning worship. The Worship Assistant will also cultivate, direct and educate the Children’s Choir. He/she will assist in worship organization by overseeing the special worship orders of flowers, and the parament changes in the sanctuary.  When the Worship Director is on vacation or professional development, the Worship Assistant will serve as the substitute organist and/or pianist.  He/she will aid in recruitment for musical participation in all musical groups of Christ Church.
