This year, Expanding Connections Book Club will partner with United Women in Faith in their upcoming virtual book discussions.

On Tuesday, February 18, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, we will discuss “Becoming Kin” by Parry Krawec. This book explores the intertwined histories of Native Americans and settlers, as well as themes of myth, identity, and spirituality. It also challenges the historical narratives we have been taught.

The next book that will be read and discussed on Tuesday, March 18, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM is "The Power of Together" by Pastor Jim Putnam. This book explores the essence of true discipleship through an in-depth biblical examination of how Jesus consistently invited people into a personal relationship with Him. It serves as an invitation to cultivate deeper, more joyful, and rewarding relationships with God and others.
