Trinity United Methodist Church in Milford is seeking a part-time Youth Director.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide a weekly Sunday evening youth program during the school year with a focus on a small group Bible study, service, and fellowship
- Preview and evaluate new curriculum
- Recruit and train adults as Shepherds in accordance with Safe Sanctuary policies to assist in implementing chosen curriculum
- Plan and implement quarterly events
- Organize, staff, and lead annual alternating age-appropriate mission/camp trips during the summer
- Oversee fundraising efforts for summer trip and other events
- Act as a liaison between the youth and the congregation to build intergenerational relationships
