Mission Opportunities
Various Mission Opportunities will be available around the Central Ohio area on Wednesday, May 29th. Plan to come in early to participate! Click the link to see what items will be collected at Annual Conference, and to register for other mission opportunities.
Thursday Evening 'Picnic in the Park'
Join in on the fun!! Connectional Ministries will be hosting a 'Picnic in the Park' over our dinner break on Thursday evening, from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, between our afternoon session and Laity Session that evening.
The party will be located on the lawn just north of the Student Union, about a block from the Capital Center. We will have music, lawn games, and a great variety of FOOD TRUCKS for you to purchase your dinner! We may even have a game of sand volleyball, weather permitting! Young clergy and their families are invited to meet up at this event. The rain location will be inside the student union in the Schneider Conference Room.
No preregistration is required.
Remember to bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets!

Lasagna Dinner Friday Night at Bexley UMC
Bexley United Methodist Church is sponsoring a dinner benefiting missions on Friday evening, May 31st, 5:00 - 7:00 pm. for 2024 West Ohio Annual Conference Attendees and their families in the beautiful Maloney Center of the church, 2657 E. Broad St, Bexley, OH 43209. They are located less than 2 miles from Capital University with ample parking. The menu for this dinner will be Meat Lasagna, Vegetable Lasagna, Garlic Bread sticks, Salad Bar, and homemade desserts. Limited to the first 140 registrations. Adult meals are $12.00, children 3 - 17 are $5.00. Click here for the link to register.
